My doctor referred me to this place. I waited over a month for the device to be mailed to me. A called several times to find out what the problem was. All I got from them was that they were short on devices. Why would you take more patients if you don’t have the equipment or staff. I called and canceled after waiting over 30 days and made an appointment to have the sleep study done somewhere else. If you have nothing but time to wait for them to mail the only sleep study device they have, this is the place for you.

Horrendously bad experience here, under-staffed, under-stocked, micro-managed. Couldn't manage a humidifier on the overnight CPAP machine, choked all night. Machines were later either mis-configured or inappropriate type supplied. One extra consolation star for some employees who seem to be trying. I won't reveal the brands here, but I've had much better results with inexpensive nasal dilators and a 'backpack' wearable device.

While the staff at the centre was great, dealing with everything after has been a confusing nightmare. I had my titration study almost a month ago, since that night I haven't gotten any phone calls from them. I called my insurance company to see what was going on with that, they had no information. I called the centre twice with different information both times. I was told to schedule a consultation, which I did.
