First owner was rude on the phone. Delivered a 7 piece dining table when we got the six piece and had the audacity to say we ordered the 6 piece because we wanted to be cheap. And also delivered the wrong color. They told us they will fix it then said it's out of stock and the owner said we will not take the item back so deal with it. This place is bad business and rude for no reason instead of owning up to their mistake. 100 percent don't recommend and I hope the owner gets bad business forever for being so rude.
Financed a couch and it was smooth and flawless then I ordered and bought a chair upfront from Vanessa and she told me it would be here on a Saturday then I HAD TO CALL HER and ask where it was or if it was even coming that day and she tells me “Tuesday”.. alright. My family had the most amazing experience with Sleepwell! My husband and I were able to find the bedroom set of our dreams! Making all our dreams come true! The customer service was fire! Financing was easy to apply, and affordable! We even were blessed with set up same day delivery of purchase! Thank you Sleepwell!
Terrible Experience – Don’t Trust the Reviews I purchased a bed set from this company based on all the positive reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. I was told I’d be getting a good quality mattress, but what they delivered was dirty and completely unacceptable. When I complained, instead of fixing the issue, the owner told me I’d have to pay an extra $200 for a “better” one — and that mattress still wasn’t the one I asked for.
