The store doesn't accept returns and doesn't offer refunds. By the way, I strongly do not recommend these stores - Sleep Shop. There are several of them in our county. The salesperson promises they have a return policy, but to return the mattress, you must bring it back and pay a 15% fee. Only then will the store agree to take the item back and offer to exchange the full amount for other products in their store.

Usually the common theme when shopping for a mattress/new bed is a painful and long process, but after coming to The Sleep Shop I did not find that one bit! Adam was VERY helpful, found a mattress that fit me quickly and had amazing customer service. The best part was that the mattress I had decided on just so happened to be at the location already! So I was able to take home my amazing comfortable mattress home the same day. Thank you Adam you were awesome!
