Absolutely amazing customer service!! Would recommend this establishment to everyone! So far it’s a one stop shop for sleep number beds. I can’t wait for mine to be delivered. If it’s anything like the store then I’m in for Gold Crown service.
Martin was incredibly aware of our needs and was very helpful with getting us to the right bed. His expertise is bar none! He is very organized with his approach to test each bed and get the best comfort level and we truly appreciate his approach. Even the assist of the accessories was excellent. What a great experience. There is nothing like the Sleep number 360 out there- A truly individualistic experience.
