We are long time Sleep Number customers and just upgraded with the help of Martin (Waldorf). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand each of our needs and helped us pick our next bed. When we had specific questions regarding how the new mattress and base would fit into our current bedframe, He looked for answers to help us. Great job Martin.

When they set up our bed the head board was about 6 inches from the mattress. It was "professionally" set up but I look to see why and it's because the hole to connect the head board to the bed was not lined up. So the people installing it just didn't car enough to do the job right.
