We tried out three beds (highest priced to the medium-priced one) and decided on the same model we’ve had for 25 years. No pressure to move to a higher-priced bed. The choice was ours. Same with pads - I have one and no pressure to get a new one. We chose sheets and a pillow and while everything was offered, there was no pressure and everything was clearly explained. Working with Marcus to find the right bed was as simple and easy as you could possibly hope for. From the moment we walked in the store to the moment we walked out we had his full undivided attention and his effort shows in the outstanding service he provides.
Martin was very helpful and kind. He took the time to explain everything about the sleep number bed system and how everything works. We are already sleep number bed owners and were in need of a new bed so with all the new technology, Martin spent the extra time with us that we needed. Martin was not pushy or demanding.
