We had a great experience at the Sleep Number store thanks to Andy. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and patient while helping us find the right mattress for our needs. He took the time to explain all the options without any pressure, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. Our mattress will arrive in about a week, but so far the purchasing experience has been excellent, and that’s largely thanks to Andy’s outstanding customer service. Great experience at the Sleep Number Fremont store. Kenny was patient, answered all our product and installation questions, and offered a great promotion. He also tracked our delivery and followed up by text. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend this store and in particular the sales rep Kenny. Kenny is very knowledgeable and patient, and gave us great suggestions on different options while we tried out the beds. We will buy from him again!
