Diana was incredible she told us she was a new sales associate but you would never know it. She was knowledgeable, kind and very transparent with the process. The entire team was incredible and the experience to finding our bed was actually fun. That has never been my experience but that speaks for the company. Thank you so much we are so excited to receive our new bed
Constance was absolutely amazing! She treated us with care and compassion, helping us find the best solution for our mattress needs. I wasn't 100% sold on Sleep Number, but after trying several options, and Constance taking the time to go over every detail and answer all our questions, we settled on a wonderful new bed. Very excited for it to arrive - delivery time is reasonable, prices are excellent, and the service was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended!!
We were nervous about buying a new bed, but the store manager, Constance, put us at ease immediately. Besides being an extemely nice person, she is knowledgeable and helpful.
Disappointing Product and Even Worse Customer Service I bought a Sleep Number i8 split head mattress with FlexFit adjustable base about a month ago and it has been the worst experience I have had with a major purchase. First, it seems that the product is made of cheap materials and is in fact an overpriced air mattress.
