Constance was very pleasant to work with. She took the time to understand our needs and match us with our new bed. With having back issues, it is incredibly important for me to be able to find comfort. Constance worked with my wife and I until we found what would work best for my circumstances. Constance was helpful as I was trying to decide which sheets to purchase for my sleep number bed. She is very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. Constance made the process smooth and explained that the sheets would be shipped at no charge and that I had 100 days to return them if I wasn't satisfied. Good customer service!
