I'm a bit confused with some of these bad reviews. I know this is an imperfect world and not ALL people with perform 100% ALL the time. My experience was great! My wife first went in to try pillows and she was greeted and welcomed and was assisted by the store manager, Mario. He recommended a pillow which she bought and loves. She wanted us to go back and try their beds which we did so a couple months later. We had a great experience again with Mario and we purchased a SN bed. We absolutely love it.
