Thia Hamilton was awesome!, she was just about to go on her lunch when we walked in and gave us help with a new bed instead of taking her scheduled lunch. Much appreciated 👍👍👍👍
I'm a bit confused with some of these bad reviews. I know this is an imperfect world and not ALL people with perform 100% ALL the time. My experience was great! My wife first went in to try pillows and she was greeted and welcomed and was assisted by the store manager, Mario. He recommended a pillow which she bought and loves. She wanted us to go back and try their beds which we did so a couple months later. We had a great experience again with Mario and we purchased a SN bed. We absolutely love it. Thia was amazing!!! She is truly an advocate for her clients. She went to bat for me & even went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My husband is having shoulder surgery in March & she did everything possible to make sure I’ll have the bed delivered prior to his surgery! What an angel!!!
