I'm a bit confused with some of these bad reviews. I know this is an imperfect world and not ALL people with perform 100% ALL the time. My experience was great! My wife first went in to try pillows and she was greeted and welcomed and was assisted by the store manager, Mario. He recommended a pillow which she bought and loves. She wanted us to go back and try their beds which we did so a couple months later. We had a great experience again with Mario and we purchased a SN bed. We absolutely love it. Thia was amazing!!! She is truly an advocate for her clients. She went to bat for me & even went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My husband is having shoulder surgery in March & she did everything possible to make sure I’ll have the bed delivered prior to his surgery! What an angel!!!
The other reviews are correct, the customer service here is so bad. I was in there for nearly 20 minutes without seeing any workers. There was literally no one else in there, I could have walked out with a dozen pillows. Finally two guys come out from the back, they look at me but don't acknowledge me at all, then sit down at the front desk and PUT THEIR FEET UP ON THE DESK. They are seriously doing everything they can to show that they don't care at all. These guys were clearly in their 30s-40s but acting like teenagers. Ho... read more
