Suzanne at the Hesperia Sleep Number store texted me that I had $$ in rewards. If it hadn’t been for her text, I would not have gone over there . I decided rather than answering the text, I just went there instead. Boy I’m glad I did! Suzanne and her coworker were very helpful without being pushy or overbearing. I'm a repeat customer at Sleep Number - Hesperia. My latest purchase was in September of 2024 when I bought a new bed for my teenage son. Suzanne recommended an XL Twin which I did not even know existed! My son loves it, I love knowing he's sleeping with good support. The delivery and setup was quick and easy and everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful. I have had a sleep number since 2019 and love it. Went in to get a new remote today, service was great, fast, and easy. Friendly staff and clean store. I will forever be a sleep number customer.
