I have had GREAT experiences with the sleep number store in Hesperia, Ca. I purchase my bed in December 2024 and the service has always been EXCEPTIONAL. I asked a lot of questions and they were always courteous and answered with a friendly voice. Yesterday I had a problem with my bed being off line, SUZANNE WAS SO HELPFUL and solved my problem with a smile. THANK YOU SUZANNE. I highly recommend this store . THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

Suzanne at the Hesperia Sleep Number store texted me that I had $$ in rewards. If it hadn’t been for her text, I would not have gone over there . I decided rather than answering the text, I just went there instead. Boy I’m glad I did! Suzanne and her coworker were very helpful without being pushy or overbearing.
