I was sold something that wasn’t even available anymore. In the showroom, they had a model with an upgraded box spring that looked like a solid option. That’s what I paid for. When my bed was delivered, I got basic box springs instead. Later I found out they haven’t even offered the one I was shown in over a year. From day one, this mattress has been a nightmare. The experience was great! The only big problem was how long I have to wait for my bed to be delivered to me. About month and a half. 6 weeks to be precise. That is a crazy long time for a bed delivery.. very disappointed on the date for delivery Oct 31.
