Went in to go to look at bedding, a guy told me go to five below. I told him I had a sleep number and he said uh huh.. like I was lying.
I was sold something that wasn’t even available anymore. In the showroom, they had a model with an upgraded box spring that looked like a solid option. That’s what I paid for. When my bed was delivered, I got basic box springs instead. Later I found out they haven’t even offered the one I was shown in over a year. From day one, this mattress has been a nightmare. Leon was the most professional manager in the business. He is attentive and caring. He care about the customers needs and wants and directs the in the right direction. We love our Sleep Number bed!!! Ken
The experience was great! The only big problem was how long I have to wait for my bed to be delivered to me. About month and a half. 6 weeks to be precise. That is a crazy long time for a bed delivery.. very disappointed on the date for delivery Oct 31.
