Our sales rep Leroy was very professional and patient. He listened to our concerns and needs, answered all questions, showed and demonstrated several beds/accessories and made suggestions which best suited our needs. Thank you very much for all your assistance. We are very happy with my mother’s forever bed so far, do not expect any issues but feel confident that any issues will be resolved expeditiously.
This was the most pleasant sales experience that I have ever had. Anthony our sales rep was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I never once felt pressured to buy.
