Very nice product and people
WORST experience ever! The salesman is the rudest human being I've ever met. He forced us to fill in the customer information form, otherwise, he refused to answer any of the mattress related questions. After I filled in the name, phone and email, he's still chasing me to complete the whole thing! When I asked how to use the split king. He refused to answer me and said he'll help only if I complete the whole customer information form!!! WHY? I end up brought a mattress online. WORST store experience ever!!!
