Completely dissatisfied with the bed and the return process. Do yourself a favor, save yourself a lot of time and money and do not buy one of these over priced beds. We walked out spending just over 7k, after the return we still owe 4k.... wow. If you do insist on buying a bed, do not buy an adjustable base until after you try the mattress out for a bit, they will not take it back. I would also not buy the mattress protector until you are sure as well, we did not even open it and it is not returnable. You are also going to g... read more
