I went in knowing what I wanted so isn’t like they had to really work very hard to sell me something. Just sorry it takes 10 days to get my new sleep number bed delivered.

Great customer service as always
Sales representative will say everything is returnable and it is simply not true. They have 0 transparency so you must read the fine print on this as sleep number will not care what was said or not said in the store. Other reviews attest to this. Stop reeling in people with "100 night trial"
We knew what we were looking for but drove 90 mins to Roseville. We walked in to mancini’s Melvin greeted us & from that moment we knew we were in good hands. He was honest and got straight to the point. He took great care of us & I would recommend him to anyone in need of a new mattress!!
