We recently purchased a sleep number bed. I believe we were fortunate to have Erica for our salesperson. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to ansIwer all our questions. She also showed us a number of beds and gave us plenty of time to try them out. She didn't rush us or try to pressure us in any way. She also made sure we got an extra discount that we had been promised. I felt she really cared about us as friends rather than as nameless customers. We are really excited about the bed we bought.
