READ THE FINE PRINT ON RETURN POLICY yes, the mattress is returnable for the $250 fee but the $2000 mattress base is not!! Did I read the fine print? Probably not as close as I should have. But the sales person 100% did not mention it, as I was taking notes during the conversation We ended up keeping this glorified air mattress because it is too costly to lose $2k and then go get a whole other mattress.
Sleep number at the fountains in Roseville has the best customer service. The staff there is warm, kind and very helpful. Especially Bridget! She listens, she's patient and she's not a pushy salesperson. I really appreciated the time she spent finding the right bed for me. Side bar note... this particular store had no hassle sales versus the Folsom store. Folsom is very pushy and as a customer, I felt uncomfortable and chose not to purchase from them.
Hate the bed .. called to Complain they sent me a mattress topper . Why do I need that when I paid 5k for a bed . The associate that helped Me buy the bed stopped responding when I told her how horrible the bed was . I still Have horrible pain after getting the topper I should have just returned the bed. I would never recommend this bed to anyone .
