I would give more than 5 stars to Rajeeve and his team at Sleep Number. Excellent mattress and excellent service!
I was upgrading from a Sleep Number bed I’ve had for years. The first bed I picked wasn’t exactly what I wanted, so I exchanged it—and Rajeeve, the manager, made the entire process incredibly smooth. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Customer service like this is rare. I’m really happy with my new bed and grateful for the great experience at this store.

This is a fantastic place to buy a bed. The mattress is great and conforms to your body without the extra heat and discomfort of a regular mattress. RJ was a great salesman and was full of knowledge about the beds and how they work but never pushy.
I had a fine time in store being helped by Rajeeve (RJ) on Saturday. No complaints there. However, I decided to walk away to think about my options before making a purchase. I was unable to make it back to the store (it was a busy holiday weekend) and placed my order online on Monday as the store was not open yet. An hour later I get a very unprofessional and disrespectful text from RJ complaining that I did not make my purchase in store.
