Rajeeve and Paul are straight up with the information they provide. No BS salesman crap here. When I experienced a warranted issue Rajeeve went to bat for me. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed.
Paul is an absolute rockstar. He was super honest and spent a ton of time with me. This is my first Sleep Number bed so stay tuned as to the results, but honestly I was very impressed with the effort Paul took to really explain benefits and drawbacks of certain models. Definitely go visit Paul if you're looking to purchase a Sleep Number - I'll be sending people to him from here on out! Side note - I'm SUPER excited to get my bed in a couple weeks.
I would give more than 5 stars to Rajeeve and his team at Sleep Number. Excellent mattress and excellent service!
I was upgrading from a Sleep Number bed I’ve had for years. The first bed I picked wasn’t exactly what I wanted, so I exchanged it—and Rajeeve, the manager, made the entire process incredibly smooth. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Customer service like this is rare. I’m really happy with my new bed and grateful for the great experience at this store.
