Terrible experience. Poor customer service. Two seasoned sales guys gossiped in the corner while the new guy struggled to help me find what I asked for. He didn’t find it. I went with something else he recommended. Took forever to check out - they require all of your personal information just to buy a pillow. The pillow was a gift which was then taken back to the store to exchange for something more suitable.
