purchased a pillow from the Houston store on clearance. The salesperson told me it was final sale and couldn’t be returned, but she never advised me on sizing or helped me choose the correct pillow. The one I bought is the wrong size and is now causing neck pain. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I expected better service. I recently relocated from New York, and the Queens store has always provided excellent support. My experience in Houston was disappointing, and I believe this situation deserves reconsideration.
