Crystal was absolutely excellent! She was patient, knowledgeable, and took wonderful care of us throughout the entire process. I never once felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. She took the time to answer our questions and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our purchase. You can truly tell that she cares about her customers and wants them to make the right decision for their needs. We had a great experience with Crystal and Sleep Number!
Gigi is a very nice worker
I have had 3 of these beds in 5 years. While I totally LOVE the mattress - I hate the way it is designed to have to get customer service for it. You have to wait a month to get on the list for the repairs and in the meantime your stuck with a deflated mattress. My latest one - top of the line, but a normal base/frame has the connect to WIFI button so deep into the bottom mattress that you can't reach it without pulling the tubing apart plus the mattress is too heavy to move.
