Not knowing anything about sleep number beds, we stopped at the store in Chico to get some information. Keegan was very helpful and very informative. After trying several different beds, we walked out feeling good about our decision. Can’t wait to try our new bed once delivered.
NOTE... Not a review of the Local Store. Product is good. Online/Phone Customer service for replacement parts severely lacking. Seems to be a management issue. Always a wait "high Call Volume" at least 20 plus minutes. Selected call back, once it worked, once it didn't. I have a split king,dual chamber bed. One air chamber began to leak after 5 years. Called for replacement, under prorated warranty, OK. Told I needed a new air pump. Was not told air pump was required because they discontinued the remote control, which I orde... read more
