Maggie here (I am writing this on Mark's computer). Mary helped me to find the best sleep # bed for my needs. She was very patient and helpful with my many questions.
AMAZING!! My husband and I have wanted to get a sleep number for YEARS!! He has a degenerated spine, sleep apnea, 7 back surgeries, and I have sciatic issues. We had been speaking with Keegan and Mary at the Chico location and finally decided to come see what bed was right for us. Mary was patient informative, kind, and best of all worked within our budget to get us exactly the right mattress!! I will be recommending you guys to everyone from here on out!
I was looking for a particular item at the sleep number store, and I was lucky enough to speak with Keegan, the manager of the Chico Location I had some difficult questions for him as I just had surgery so he was trying to help me quickly resolve an issue. He made some calls and did some research and got back to me. I was really surprised that he went above and beyond to try to help me. Keegan was great! Took the time to show me all my options, what each bed does. Didn't rush me and didn't pressure me into any particular one. Would recommend 100%!
