Mary has exceptional experience and knowledge of the products. Despite being by herself she made sure to greet anyone that came in while helping the current customer. She took her time to explain to me the different bed options, comfort levels, the benefits of 1 over the other, and helped show me how to relieve the pain in my hip and back for a better night sleep. She also saw my delivery date was going to be almost 4 weeks so she looked into and has my bed coming 2 weeks earlier now. Overall good experience.

Somethings they do not tell you in the store: Sleep trial does not cover the base, you will not be able to return the base even if you can return the matress. Read the contract, we thought everything was told to us but it really is a big trap. Sleep number is just a glorified air matress, something else we were not told on the store. It's just a pump up matress. Overall, really not satisfied and would not recommend this bed to anyone.
