Terrible experience! Will never purchase or recommend SleepNumber anything! Totally misled about 100 night trial - told no financial risk if returned in 100 night trial. Actually cost us the $250 delivery fee and $250 return fee! So the “no risk 100 night trial” cost us $500! Sent us an i8 split bed that was incomplete, sunk in the middle and ended up being unfixable because the part required to keep the bed from sagging in the middle had been discontinued! The whole staff was awesome but Mary absolutely went above and beyond a long with the manager on duty
Had a very good experience with Mary at the Chico store. Very knowledgeable and great personality. She sold us on a beautiful bed!!!. Can't wait to get it and sleep on it!!!
Mary was very helpful and very knowledgeable and made shopping for the new mattress very easy and easy to understand the different features of each bed
