It was such a pleasure to work with Neal. I appreciated his expertise and patience. I didn’t feel rushed. He didn’t “push” me to purchase a product. Neal was articulate and easy to understand.
Neal helped us tremendously! He was attentive to our needs. He Showed us the options and the new technology. We have an old sleep number the new models were unfamiliar but Neal explained everything thoroughly! We did not feel rushed nor was he pushy, we felt very welcomed in the store. Thanks Neal for making us feel at home rather than feeling like we were just another buyer!
The salespeople were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. It was a very pleasant experience. I never felt rushed or pressured. I can't take delivery of my new bed until next week, but I'm looking forward to it.
