Neal is a gem. This was our first time purchasing from Sleep Number, but Neal was incredibly patient and took the time to show and explain everything so well. He was never pushy and genuinely let us take our time to decide what felt right for us. Would definitely recommend Neal to anyone!

On Wednesday 8/26 I went to the Cerritos Sleep Number Store and sat down with Neil inquiring on the sale that was going on. He was very knowledgeable as I explored from king to queen. I have replaced my bed every 10 years as this is my third bed. My first was a Cal King and then to a split king that was adjustable. This is my second sleep number bed. I could not be happier with the service and the quality of the bed. I went to the Cerritos location and Neil was our consultant, he did such a great job that my sister bought a bed from him a few days later.
