The Sleep Number salesman was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We had traveled 400 miles to Dallas for a vacation, but the pillows at our hotel gave 3 of us neck aches, so we made an emergency pillow purchase at Sleep Number. The salesman did give us a 20% discount because I had bought a SN bed about 10 years ago. My only complaint was with SN marketing. A few days ago, I received a SN flyer that offered 25% off on pillows, but apparently, I should have brought the flyer on our trip, so I could have received that disc... read more
