It gets very uncomfortable and wish all the products were refundable
From the time we walked into the door we were greeted by Marcus with a friendly smile and he helped us with what we needed and wanted. He was very helpful in getting us the best deal for us. Shopping here was a pleasure to ask and get what we wanted without any push to get something “bigger” or “better”. It was about what we wanted. Marcus was great in showing us what we were asking for.

I received a text message that I had rewards that would be expiring soon. I checked with my wife to find out what she wanted me to look for. She told me she wanted a second mattress pad to rotate on a regular basis. So I stopped by the Sleep Number Store. Marcus was very helpful in helping me find an extra mattress pad for our bed. Marcus had sent me the text earlier that day. Good initiative reaching out and helping make me aware of the potential savings. Excellent customer service.
