The team there at Sleep Number at S. Padre Island Dr and Staples St. were there for us in every aspect with questions, issues, and concerns we had. Michella, Marcus and Nikki are very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and always friendly, ready to assist in any way for us. We highly recommend this store to all. God bless
My customer service representative Nikki was very good. She explained my options of mattresses and adjustable frames. Gave me plenty of time to try out the various mattresses. She was very patient in letting me make my choice. She was not in a hurry or pushy. I had a very good shopping experience.
Very knowledgeable on their product. Intriguing but useful sleep rest position analysis. Gotta have time to spend here for full sales pitch. Was not prepared for the length of time of presentation so made for a hasty exit, due to prior engagement, which was rather uncomfortable for us as the salesperson was very knowledgeable. Follow up was via email.
