After initially talking on the phone with Michella at Sleep Number in Corpus Christi, Texas she knew exactly what mattress I needed with my back issues. Very friendly, Nikki was ahoy and wonderful
Nikki was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Sleep Number bed and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. She was patient, thorough, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for.
Michela was wonderful she explained everything that mattered in purchasing our new bed excellent customer service
Bought a high end bed and pump went out after 3 days. Now issues with getting the pump. Horrible customer service from their support center. Very disappointing. May just return bed
