Great service and great customer service as well
This purchase was not our first Sleep Number bed, but it was time for an upgrade and we were looking forward to it. I sent our information to the Sleep Number store in Pearland asking for information about the President's Day Sale. We were contacted within 24 hours. Visiting the store was a great experience. Katherine, our sales person and technical genius answered our questions with great patience. My wife and I visit Sleep Number today to inquire about new mattress. Soon as we walked into the store we were greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Katherine was very kind and patient with us to explain how each mattress operated. We were able to try each out to figure out what number works for us She was awesome and very knowledgeable . We left satisfied.
Krystina was very patient with us. My husband can talk and she patiently waited for him to finish each story and helped us choose the bed for us! She was amazing from beginning to end.
After my 1st night in my smart bed, I woke up feeling refreshed & without the back pain I'd been having. I didn't wake up thru the night either, slept like a baby.... Months later sleeping like a baby is a different story. My purchase really wasn't worth the money.
