My husband and I were expecting to go into this store and have a sales person go on and on with a long boring sales speech. Our agent and store manager was nothing like that! He was very courteous and friendly. He didn't greet us with an immediate sales pitch. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our whole time there. Faisal was incredibly patient and thorough. After realizing I couldn't come to the store before his shift ended, he changed shifts. He answered every question and his follow-up was amazing. It was definitely more than what I expected.
Excellent product!!! Out salesman, Fiasal, was the greatest!! He answered all my questions without any problems and knew the Sleep Number products forward and backward. Loved him and sooo looking forward to our new 360! Thanks!
I will never buy a sleep number again a waste of 5,000 dollars motor on bed keeps going out then they sent me the wrong remote when I got the bed, I tried to return it, but they said that it was too late to return and it was my fault for waiting so long to return it and that I couldn’t get my money back. I would rather buy five regular mattresses then to deal with this bed. i’ve only had a year and it has given me so many problems🤬
5 stars isn't enough when it comes to the level of service given at Sleep Number in Pearland. Faisal the manager spent as much time as my wife and I needed to make sure we were making the right purchase for our needs. He listened and provided excellent recommendations. We purchased our Sleep Number and are anxiously awaiting it's delivery (which we know when our bed will arrive) I highly recommend Faisal and his team at Sleep Number Pearland if you want to make sure you're getting the best quality sleep you can get.
