Ordered a bed back in May. With pillows, sheets, comforter. The works. The bed came in right on time. (And we Love it) Still havent received the pillows or comforter. No support from the local store or online. Keep getting the runaround. Its either someone else's problem, either a different section of customer service. Or its the manufacturer's fault.
Johnny was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and had great customer service and was very helpful to us
The experience here was amazing. Not only is the couple that runs this place amazing, but their love of people is definitely God given! The quality of mattress is great I love it.
I'm sorry to this store because I've had no dealings with them personally. However, I want to warn people about the customer service and a company that doesn't stand behind their products. For 3 years we loved our bed. We paid around$7000 and thought it was worth it. But then the mattress started not holding air. We tried various suggested solutions. Eight times since 2023 something has gone wrong. Most of the replacements haven't lasted 6 months. One technician said we were just having bad luck. I don't believe that anymore... read more
Richard has great customer service he did everything he could possibly do to try and help me get a bed he even showed me different options on other beds and how they felt he needs a raise promote him to Manager he made me want to use sleep number for my mattress needs.
