Ms Kimberly has been a big help with my selection for a Sleep Number Bed. She was very patient, knowledgeable, no pressure on the sale. We started this process in Oct 2024. There were several construction delays where I was moving to, so I needed to change the delivery date, many times. She was understanding and very pleasant. Thank you Kimberly!!
The sales associate, Brandi, was very helpful without being pushy. Our house flooded during the ice a few weeks back and we were wanting to move up on a mattress without breaking the bank - seeing how affordable it was on the payment plan helped in our decision of being able to get the one that would be best verses the one that was a bit cheaper. She let me try multiple mattresses in different sleeping positions to make sure - THANK you for your courteous manner without feeling like a "sales pitch" Julia
