Richard has great customer service he did everything he could possibly do to try and help me get a bed he even showed me different options on other beds and how they felt he needs a raise promote him to Manager he made me want to use sleep number for my mattress needs.
I called for help troubleshooting an issue with my bed and was blessed to have Richard help me. He was knowledgeable and remained on the line with me and customer service to make sure I resolved my issue. Now that is true customer service. I LOVE my sleep number bed. If interested in purchasing a new bed make sure you ask for Richard!!
Brandi was the best. Took the time and was very personable and open. Did not push a thing on us just answered our questions. Let the product do the talking. The store was very nice and one of the best furniture buying experience me and my wife have had. Thank you
Everything about this experience has been great! Kimberly helped us find the perfect Sleep Number bed! From the moment we walked in the door, it was wonderful. We have now had ours for a little over a month now and are so happy with it. If you are in the fence about a Sleep Number, I 100% recommend going to visit with the team.
