Nicole was absolutely a peice of work she was very mean but in a nice way it was so strange she made my grandma cry i was so upset. How could they let her work there?

Ms Kimberly has been a big help with my selection for a Sleep Number Bed. She was very patient, knowledgeable, no pressure on the sale. We started this process in Oct 2024. There were several construction delays where I was moving to, so I needed to change the delivery date, many times. She was understanding and very pleasant. Thank you Kimberly!!
