This bed caused unexpected back pain The Twin Long i8 360 Smart Bed (SKU: X1I8) gave me back pain I never had before. I tried every adjustment and setting, but nothing worked. What made it worse was the customer support: I contacted the company repeatedly, and although they sent people out, I had to pay for every visit, and the issue was never resolved. For such an expensive bed, this entire experience has been extremely disappointing.
This time last week on a Saturday went into mattress warehouse to see what would be the sales score Black Friday walked into a wonderful spirit. Her name is Rachel. She made the experience of buying a bed. Such a Wonderful experience her spirit let the place up her kindness her professionalism. I can’t say enough about her. She is truly a blessing. I recommend anyone to go there. She treat you just like family. I’ll be seeing her again. What a beautiful, kind, caring human being
