We ordered a head board for our split King bed, and when they came with it 6wks later they could not attach it bc of no brackets that came with it! After paying $250.00 for delivery and install. Wouldn't you assume if you buy a bed and head board it would come with brackets to attach it together! And it was never mentioned when purchasing. We had to order brackets separate and was charged over $60.00 for them. Not a good experience at all, in fact frustrating to say the least. Nice conviently located store right in the mall. Very friendly staff and they answered all my questions cheerfully. I didn’t buy a bed yet but this place is on my list if I do buy one. Great place if you’re interested in a sleep number bed.
Terrible customer service . The 1st time I called SleepNumber customerservice the supervisorwas arrogant and rude and told me they don't have free 100 day trail period.. I bought a twin mattress it was too short for me and wanted to exchange for twin xl. The billion dollar company Sleep Number just wants your money. Their BS 100 day trail period is a lye !!
