Great service - very knowledgable and explained all the options available
We have the Sleep Number 360 and is wonderful, but the new snore addition cause a malfunctioning and need to be removed
I was totally impressed with Mr.Jerome experience as a salesman and very professional, l was extremely satisfied.
As usual, the sales agents are great. However, have them explain the warranty in detail before you make your purchase. I was told it was a 15-year warranty but is limited. My matress is deflating on one side, and they are telling me I have to purchase both sides. $230 and the bed is not even 3 years since I purchased. I wish I had read all their reviews, I would've never bought from sleep number.
