I was totally impressed with Mr.Jerome experience as a salesman and very professional, l was extremely satisfied.
As usual, the sales agents are great. However, have them explain the warranty in detail before you make your purchase. I was told it was a 15-year warranty but is limited. My matress is deflating on one side, and they are telling me I have to purchase both sides. $230 and the bed is not even 3 years since I purchased. I wish I had read all their reviews, I would've never bought from sleep number.
I purchased a $5.000 smart mattress a month ago, to this date, Sleep number has still not been able to make it work in spite of 3 technicians and 3 compressor replacement. So after 1 month and 3 days missing work to welcome their technician, I decide to return their mattress for malfunction, but they are charging me $249 returning fee while it's not me changing my mind but their mattress not working.
