The Sleep Number store in Ocala turned out to be a great experience. Our sales woman, Lily, did a great job of telling us new features. We have an older Sleep Number bed. You’re buying one new for our Florida home. There was no high-pressure sales just good information. We ended up buying the Climate cool mattress.
We were on our way to Lowe’s and popped into sleep number to see the new options. We’ve had a sleep number for 11 years. The sales team, Lily and Nelson were wonderful and patient. They both made us feel so comfortable and took a lot of time to fully explain options. Just letting you know, don’t stop in if you don’t want to walk out having bought a new bed. They make it too easy and enticing
The Sleep Number Store in Ocala is a great place to buy a bed. Lily didn't rush me in making a decision and took me from bed to bed and explained the differences. She helped me to get what I wanted and to stay within my budget. I can't wait until my bed is delivered.
