I first visited on 12/26/25 to pick up plugs for the bed before moving. Dan was a great help and even explained how to disconnect air tubing and attach the plug. He is very knowledgeable and showed me the items on sale. I returned the next day 12/27 and purchased 2 blankets they are so soft and great to snuggle in and 2 sets of twin bed sheets. For months my wife and I have struggled with back pain on our old mattress. We had been reluctant to explore Sleep By Number mainly due to costs.
