JB was very proffesional and keept in touch with me through out the process of deciding which bed we were going to purchase. Never felt any preasure sales and was very upfront and concerned with making sure Diane and I were fully satisfied with our decision. Unfortunately he was not there the day we bought the bed but Dan was also great to work with and had a great sence of humor. Thank you JB!!
I’ve never owned a Sleep Number bed but I’ve visited the North Alafaya store several times and Jeff and JB have been exceptionally informative, patient, and willing to do whatever they can to help. Highly recommend visiting them.
Love the concept of the beds but not the warranty.
