I have to say the customer service before and while buying the bed is totally different than after purchase. We received our bed ,but it had no power cord for the pump.We went back to the store to get one and our salesman was completely rude. Customer service means you should try and help the customer. All he did was look in the back for one and handed us a card to call customer service department. Telling us they could overnight it to us. Great experience ! Staff was so helpful and walked us through all of the information , took our needs into consideration and cost up front. I am a current sleep number owner and upgrading and are so excited to get our new one !!!
