Bill was very knowledgeable about your product and took his time in listening to the many questions we had. He was a big help to us in making our decision to purchase our $7500.00 Sleep Number Bed.
Bill was great to work with. He showed me everything that I wanted to see.
I own all their latest and greatest products and absolutely love them! However, when my final product, the mattress, arrived, it appeared to be used or refurbished. This is unacceptable.
We met with salesman Will Williams. Our experience with him was relaxing and yet refreshing. He was knowledgeable and explained the products and helped us make our purchase. We feel very comfortable in our choice and most likely purchasing pillows etc in the future.
Tim at Sleep Number did a great job helping us find the right new bed, our second sleep number! He was patient, thorough and never pushy. We look forward to sleeping better.
