Had an excellent experience with Amaury. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and guided us to our selection, not pushy tactics. Our bed hasn’t shipped yet so can’t speak to comfort, however our purchasing experience was a dream. Great experience at the Fort Myers, FL store with a very knowledgeable salesman (Tim M)!
We love our Sleep Number bed and the customer service is just absolutely incredible! We've been working with them for years and highly recommend them
My husband and I stopped into the Sleep Number store in Fort Myers and William was our salesman. We had never looked at a Sleep Number bed previous and very interested in how it worked, etc. William was very informative and very detailed in his introduction to their product. There was absolutely no pressure and he was extremely helpful and helping us to select the bed that worked for us. We ended up purchasing the Adjustable base and bed and very happy with our purchase. There was nothing our salesman didn’t know. Plus, he had an absolutely beautiful humorous personality.
