Horrible bed. Every time we try to adjust it using the app or the remote, ( Which we had to purchase. Yes, $12K bed does not come with a remote) it faults, and we have reset it to flat, unplug it, then plug it back in. Sucks when you want to change positions in the middle of the night, and it gets stuck. Happens every single time. I've tried their customer support, but they only know how to tell you to reset it.
