Had a wonderful experience at Sleep Number . Knowledgeable staff . David assisted us through the process. We weren’t rushed or pressured. He's extremely knowledgeable on all things sleep number !! We called back to adjust our delivery date a week later, to an earlier date and Jason was extremely kind and was able to adjust our delivery. The delivery team was knowledgeable about the product and took extra care to make sure nothing was damaged through our narrow entry way . everything was good until i was told of a 2 week wait for delivery,
Jason was the sales rep and helped us through every step of the way. He was patient and very incredibly informative, as we had done our research but he could explain everything we had a question on. He was absolutely amazing and we love the new bed. Definitely recommend him if anyone is searching for someone who knows their stuff and is super good.
Absolutely love this bed and sheets. We haven't slept this well in years, or felt this good either. Our only regret is that we didn't buy a Sleep Number sooner. Highly recommend a split adjustable king so each person can customize what is most comfortable for them. Manager, David, was helpful and knowledgeable about his products.
We've enjoyed a Sleep Number bed for over a year now but had some questions regarding fit and function. David Baker was super helpful and took time to listen to us and offer expert advice. We ended up taking advantage of some of the bedding sales going on so it was definitely worth the visit. David is fantastic and others we have worked with at this location were also extremely courteous and professional. Highly Recommend! :)
