This review is for our experience at the store only, as we have not received our bed yet... Great experience! They have a routine that they take you through to educate you about and familiarize you with their beds. Ted walked us through each of the different types and options and was very thorough about finding out what our specific needs were. Very patient, personable and professional. Sleep number provided excellent customer service by reaching out and informing me that a credit was about to expire, then provided me with options and express mailed my choice( split to king sheets in sand color) via express mail
