Suzanne was such a pleasure to deal with, making the whole experience so pleasant and easy. She thoroughly knows her craft even telling me up front how the Sleep number mattress was going to compare to Tempurpedic. She was spot on and saved me a lot of time doing all the comparisons on my own.
Starting as we walked in the door we were acknowledged and treated with respect throughout the process of learning, researching and purchasing. We honestly thought this would be like one of those high pressure mattress stores. Not so at the Sleep Number Store
David was extremely helpful, friendly, polite, and not at all a pushy sales person. If it were not for him, we probably would not have purchased. He was very knowledgeable and continued to help us through multiple visits as well as beyond our purchase. Now, we are just awaiting delivery.
I hate my sleep number bed and their servicing of the bed even more. You’ve been warned — buy a different brand. My next step.
