salesperson was so bad that the sale was lost before i was able to finish testing the mattress.
Great customer service! Bailey & Beriah were very knowledgeable & helpful! I have one recommendation regarding the 100 days in-house trial and return policy. The consumer should be informed prior to sale that the adjustable base isn't returnable. Overall, it was a great experience!
Bailey was fantastic! Super helpful and understanding. We purchased a sleep number 6 years ago from a different store and recently had issues with the integrated base, after contacting customer service and not getting any where we were left confused. After explaining what happened to Bailey and our confusion she gave us options on what we could do. After discussing prices my husband and I purchased a flexible base.
