Josh was great
The quality is poor, as is the warranty. Within a week of purchase we had to replace the air chamber. Within 3 years, both foot heaters were non functional and the same air chamber was deflated. 190.00 for guy to fix our 400.00 parts, so we did it ourselves. 1 month later the pump went, still almost 300.00 for parts I have to install myself. Save your 9,000. and future repair costs for another company. Customer service is tedious at best, it's outsourced to foreign countries and difficult to understand. Limited hours too, th... read more
