What an awesome experience! I have never been in a store where the salesman was so informed. Liam was such a knowledgeable person. I have a back issue and wanted a mattress that would work for me. We are extremely disappointed with our recent mattress purchase from the Bolingbrook location. The mattress delivered to us is completely different from the floor model we tested in the store. The showroom model was well-padded, supportive, and comfortable. The one we received is significantly firmer, lacks the same padding, and is so uncomfortable that we are unable to sleep on it.
