Our Sales Consultant, Stephanie Petrosa, was great. Her understanding of the features of the different beds was extensive. Because she took such care with our sleep evaluation she was able to guide us in choosing the perfect bed, for our personal needs. There was never any pressure to buy and by letting the product speak for itself she gained our trust and respect. Don’t buy this stupid bed! My husband side of the bed has been deflated for 2 weeks customer service is terrible!!!! For such an expensive bed should have better technical support or get someone to come I’ll freaking pay this is ridiculous! Be careful the bed sucks! It’s an expensive air mattress. I got my daughter a bed at Sam’s Club and her bed is more comfortable than ours! That’s crazy! I’m going to the better business bureau next and just keep going I paid way to much money for a lopsided bed!
We would NOT recommend this store. The manager & sales associate were both very pushy, even though the bed was not working out for my wife, who is disabled. They pushed excessively for us to open a line of credit with Synchrony Bank, & actually opened an account even though we specifically said we did not want one. We had to cancel the account, & opened a dispute with 2 of the credit bureaus to try to rectify the hit to our credit history. Went to sleep number last week. Didn’t like my experience there. I felt like the salesperson was pushing towards something I didn’t even want. Didn’t ask me what I’m looking for. Kept trying to get me to make Sale. Not a very good experience.
Liam was the best! I had a great experience with him. He is very knowledgeable and took a lot of time with me to make sure he offered the right type of mattress for my aches and pains. He also sold a mattress to my daughter years ago, and we had a great experience with him at that time also. I highly recommend Liam and getting a great price at Better Sleep outlet.
