What a great experience at Sleep Number beds. Suzie took her time and explained all the features of each style of bed and what options are available. She gave us the time to talk things over without her hovering. There was no pressure sales or tactics. Awesome experience from start to finish.
Ryan P. at the Algonquin store guided us through the selection process. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the experience almost fun. While it took a little longer than I expected it was worth it, after testing several beds I felt like I was leaving a chiropractor appointment.
Please DO NOT purchase any of the furniture from sleep number! We purchased the lifestyle upholstered bed for over $3300.00, and approximately 5 months later the Bluetooth no longer works. Sleep Number doesn't stand behind their furniture. I've been trying to get this fixed through the company the bed is warranted through. Needless to say they're making it as complicated as possible. The carpentersville location's service is exceptional. Susie provided friendly and patient service. She thoroughly walked me through all options for the various beds and extras. The location is clean and pleasant.
Would highly recommend going to this store instead of just looking online! Roman was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great bed!
