Please DO NOT purchase any of the furniture from sleep number! We purchased the lifestyle upholstered bed for over $3300.00, and approximately 5 months later the Bluetooth no longer works. Sleep Number doesn't stand behind their furniture. I've been trying to get this fixed through the company the bed is warranted through. Needless to say they're making it as complicated as possible. The carpentersville location's service is exceptional. Susie provided friendly and patient service. She thoroughly walked me through all options for the various beds and extras. The location is clean and pleasant.
Would highly recommend going to this store instead of just looking online! Roman was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great bed!
We had the pleasure to meet Susie & it was a great experience. Great demonstration videos, we got to relax & we weren’t pushed to buy the most expensive mattress. Cant wait to get our new bed! I will review again once we get to sleep on it for a while! Thank you!
