Dustin was the perfect sales person!
Overpriced. They don't stand behind their products. We've had nonstop problems with our bed deflating, parts breaking, delivery mixups, customer blaming for problems, delivery/repair guys reeking of weed. It's great when it works, but only one side works at a time. If my side is good, my wife's side is bad. Would not recommend
Dustin was very knowledgeable and helped my wife and I pick out the best Sleep Number bed for us. He also included sheets and pillows for more discounts!
Though the staff was kind to us Don't ever think that you are going to return something at this store They charged us $500 It was terrible customer service please don't ever shop at the store completely unprofessional I was even willing to meet them halfway and pay 250 considering the fact that when they came to pick up our mattresses that we only had for a month because they were terrible glorified hospital beds glorified air mattresses...
