Leo gave my wife and I the all inclusive tour with all the bells and whistles!! He showed us the how’s and the why’s he was doing what he was doing. We expected to try other brands before make our choice on beds, but he quickly won us over with an amazing experience. I’ve been in customer service most my life, and have rarely been treated so kindly and professional.
