We had a very positive experience with our sales rep, Leo, today while shopping for an adjustable Sleep Number mattress and frame. He took a lot of time with us, answered our questions and concerns and didn’t try to encourage us to purchase a product that was beyond our budget.
Because of back trouble I was experiencing the doctor recommended I get a sleep Number bed. Because of the difference it made I just purchase a second one for my vacation home. It made a big difference!!!
John was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We needed help getting a replacement part for our bed. We had previously tried to get assistance from customer service but were not able to get help that we could understand. So we went to the store and Leo handled the process easily and explained it to us clearly. About 1 month after we thought we had ordered the part and were awaiting delivery, we will now finally receive it in a week! Thanks to Leo!!!
Leo was very knowledgeable and kind and helped us pick our bed without any "pushy salesman" talk. We spent 2 hours at the store.
