Ray was absolutely AMAZING! She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helped us find our perfect bed! We were very impressed with the service we received and felt comfortable purchasing an i8 mattress, flex base, pillows, sheets, lifestyle frame and comforter from her. Highly recommend visiting the Lancaster Sleep Number location and asking for Ray, she will help you with whatever your needs are!

Garrett was very helpful. Explained all the options and it never felt like he was trying to upsell us into something we didn’t come in looking for. The store was very accommodating to our 2 young children while we went through the process. Delivery and set up was quick and they were in and out in under 30 minutes. Only been one night but so far we absolutely love the bed and feel like we made a good well informed decision thanks to Garrett and the staff at sleep number
