We walked in and were greeted by Maura. We already had an idea of what bed we were looking at so she took us over, had us lay down, helped us find our sleep number range and answered all of our questions!! She was fantastic and very relatable!
Great experience shopping and purchasing our first Sleep Number bed. Sales department were all very knowledgeable and helpful to answer all of our questions. I never felt pressured but educated about options to consider. Would definitely recommend the Polaris Sleep Number store

Wonderful staff. Great experience. Messoud Dek was our sales floor expert. His no pressure approach was a welcome relief. At no time during our visit did he try to up sell us. I asked questions and he answered them. The answers to some of our questions enabled us to make the best choice for us. I’m excited to receive our new bed in the next few days and hopefully find a new level of sleep nirvana that I’ve been lacking for years. Thank you guys! Any issues I have in the future will be with the manufacturer and not the staff.... read more
