Spencer was Fantastic. Love Him,but They called me 1 hr before delivery and said they had to cancel it. Waited over 2 weeks. Thought Sleep Number was an upscale place. Now I have to wait another Week. Just wrong. Reminds me of another store I had to deal with. Way to Go Spencer. Yr the Best Toledo Store Monroe Street.

Looking to replace our aging sleep number bed. Amy was a great help. We told her what we had and how much we could afford. She showed us a couple of models and explained the benefits of each. Once we found “our” bed, she went over the particulars and the controls. Arrangements were made and we left very happy. Thanks Amy!
Wonderful experience working with Spencer. Awaiting delivery and excited to try it out.
I called and talked to Derek. he told me I had to drive 35mins to his store to pick up test caps for my bed I paid 8000 dollars for my bed and he can't afford a stamp and send them to me. So I went online to Sleep Number and they are $2 and free shipping. I feel he could have at least told me that.
