Amy is quite knowledgeable about the many Sleep Number bed options. During our initial store visit, she listened carefully as we explained our needs and health issues and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Amy is patient and is not at all a high pressure salesperson. Our interaction included the initial visit to the Sleep Number store and several follow up phone calls to Amy with additional questions. Bought my bed their 3500 they only warranty once if it breaks then the warranty no longer exist paid $225 for a bed top to stop the wetness didn't work it was guaranteed 10 years they wouldn't replace it and it ripped I wouldn't buy anything from there 😞 warranty is not very good only do it one time if the product's bad and then you have to buy new stuff after that net worth 4000 I spent

Bought my bed there for 3500 bought some sheets that protected the bed for $220 supposed to not have any stains but the stains wetness and stains went through it said it was guaranteed for 10 years didn't hold up on the warranty bought two of the covers on the bed+ $200 pillow that was awful they don't guarantee nothing there if they replace it once and it breaks the first month year warranty ended and the 10 years is void
