Kathy took her time with us. She listened to our needs and helped match us accordingly. She was patient and kind. Very knowledgeable about these amazing beds. She made me feel like we were the only customers and only our needs were important. Needless to say Kathy helped us make the decision to purchase our new bed and get back to sleeping in comfort. We weren’t pressured Into it at all. They did such an amazing job and deserve to have the very best broadcast about their level of service and care.

In February 2025 we bought a Sleep Number Bed—Flex Top King 18. Although very few people seem to have trouble with their Sleep Number Beds, we did. The mattress kept spontaneously deflating.at all hours of the night. It worked fine for a couple of days then happened again. Amy Anderson at the Monroe Street Store in Toledo, Ohio stuck with us until our problems were resolved.
