We were replacing our original Sleep Number bed and had a great experience with Scott at the Strongsville store. Easy process, no pressure, great follow up!
Kelly was extremely helpful and patient with us when purchasing our 2nd sleep number bed. She is very knowledgeable of the product and gave plenty of options to accommodate our needs.
Scott was incredibly helpful when my husband and I went in to buy a new bed. He asked good questions to narrow down which bed would be best for us and once we made a decision he took the time to explain all the bed’s features. He also did not pressure the sales of extras or other accessories that we didn’t want.
