5 Stars – Great Experience! My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Sleep Number store in Strongsville thanks to Lauren. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy as we tested mattresses and asked questions. Although we haven’t made a purchase yet, Lauren made a great impression and provided outstanding customer service. Sleep Number is lucky to have her!
John at Sleep Number in Strongsville was fantastic. He shared his knowledge but let me make my choice based on personal needs/wants. He was quick to say thank you for my service. He showed exemplary customer service during the purchase of my king sized bed.
Although we went a different route Kelli was a friendly soft sale personality and coming from a business owner, that's very important! She was kind and informative. I still like the sleep number option...
