John did an amazing job answering all my questions and pointing me in the correct direction as far as what mattress to get. Looking forward to the delivery!
Lauren was great, very knowledgeable, helpful, and and there was no high pressure sales pitch. The store is very clean, inviting and the entire staff was very friendly. I look forward to the delivery/set up and they will even be moving my heavy older mattress to the upstairs guest room for a very reasonable fee. Buying my new bed was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend the Strongsville, OH store!
