When I entered the store, I already knew what I was going to buy. Kelli was very knowledgeable and helpful to me and my wife. The cost is substantial, but our backs and bodies are worth it. With the anticipated longevity of this bed, it just may be the last one I purchase.

A great place to find the right bed for us.Kelli was so helpful and her knowledge about the different beds helped us make the right choices for us. We have told several friends about the Strongsville Sleep number bed store.we felt like family there. I even needed a different pillow and they found the right one for me. Can’t say enough about the personal service we received.
The bed might be suitable for some, but not everyone. We returned ours due to miscommunication and other factors. You need to keep the bed for 30 days before returning it, and there's a $250 return fee.
