We had such a good experience at Sleep Number! John was excellent and so patient with us as we tried all different beds to see what fit us best. He was very informative and was very easy to communicate with.
Lauren was fantastic. My shopping experience was Relaxing and educational. No pressure to buy, just insights to the benefits of good sleep and how their mattresses are an important investment in my health. I knew very little when I went into the store. But Lauren was kind and patient and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!!
We had a great shopping experience with Kelli, at Sleep Number in Strongsville, Ohio. We were able to test out the bed that we were interested in buying, and it was very comfortable, as expected. Kelli made sure we understood everything we needed to know about the Sleep Number bed system, and the delivery process.
