Honestly one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with . Phil at the store was cocky and unprofessional. Sales clearly isn't for him . After being mistreated by two different locations we decided to go elsewhere. They push everything to their customer service line which is completely useless.
Phill did an amazing job at helping us find the right bed and answering all of our questions. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
The Sleep Number experience at the store in Boardman, Ohio was fantastic. Our sales person was very thorough and answered all our questions without hesitation. I would definitely purchase from here again.
