Five stars! It was a great experience! I would do it again but I know my new bed will last me for many years. The staff, Kambria, is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all my questions and explain everything in detail. She didn’t pressure me to make a purchase of anything but instead she provided me options and allowed me to experience the products (lay on the beds and tried all the setting as much as I wanted). I am looking forward to good night sleep.

I have always been in "awe" of the commercials from SN. It's been my dream to have one. It's always been a "one day" dream.
