I was told by the delivery men that the sellers only answer questions that you ASK and that obviously I didn't ask the right questions! There is only one controller when you buy it . The adjustable frame is tiny tiny board that actually is on wheels!! the whole bed will drop into your existing bed frame is what I am told from am old sleep number employee but the current ones tell you no...There is no base so what you see at the store is NOT what you get..oh hh and if you decide you want the hardware to attach your headboard ... read more

The entire corporation uses deceptive business practices, which I discovered too late and am now out about $600 and don't have a bed. At the store, the return policy is not posted, and when returning a defective product - like what I had - good luck. Everyone from the store employees to the customer service number you end up calling tells you the same thing, its in the contract you signed. The contract doesn't state that the BED cannot be returned to the STORE, it MUST BE shipped back to the company, which costs around $199.... read more

Awesome!! The salesperson who helped us, Debbie, was GREAT. We could tell she really cared about us and didn't pressure us at all just to make a sale. She gave us tons of information and spent a lot of time with us just answering our questions and definitely trying to find us the best deal possible on our new mattress. I bought my sleep number bed from Steve in the Warrington store. He was very helpful and very informative. When I got home the pump and remote were not working. I called Steve the next morning and he replaced it with a brand new pump and remote. This is the best decision my husband and I have made we are both sleeping much better with this bed.

All I can say is avoid this mall the day after Christmas unless you love really, really long lines and huge crowds. It's a madhouse! You can snag some decent deals, though, which might almost be worth it. That's a lot of people crammed into a space, though. The stores seem decent enough, and you can usually find something of interest for everyone, but the mall itself is just your run-of-the-mill mall.

it was great to not have to walk in the cold to get to other stores. Many great store to shop. Nordstrom,jcpenneys,sears. I love going there.
