My wife and I visited this store on 8/29/26. It was time for a new Sleep Number after 16 years of our last one. Mind you our bed still works, it will go in the spare room now. Vicky was fantastic! She started us out on the Comfort Mode and then the Comfort Next ( I tried the Climate Cool just for fun). Nikki and Terri Lee were extremely helpful in finding the right Sleep Number bed for me. They did not try to pressure me into the purchase of my bed. Terri and Nikki allowed my wife and myself to try out the different beds that were in our price range. Neither tried to oversell us. I know that they could have tried to sell us pillows, sheets etc. This could have driven up their commission, but their main concern was our HEALTH and WELLBEING. I didn’t like the mattress I bought and I wanted to return it and get a different one. It was an easy process and the customer service was excellent! Highly recommend!
What a delightful experience I had at my local Sleep Number Store! The remote control for my bed was not working. Vicki took the time to totally revamp the control and it’s working perfectly. She also informed me that I had a sizable store credit. So I did some shopping for free!!! I highly recommend this SN store and be sure to see Vicki!!! Thanks for your help.
