Let me just say that Terri Lee at the Cumming store was absolutely the best salesperson I have ever worked with! She is a wealth of knowledge about the Sleep Number mattresses! Terri Lee, thank you for not being pushy, and helping me make the best decision with my purchase!
Terri was the most patient and kind salesperson. She explained every single mattress and she never ever pushed us to take a decision. We are very excited to get our new mattress. After years of having unhappy backs, we took the best decision.

Mike is a stand up businessman. Wife and I had been looking for a bed for months and had a recommendation to try Fred's Beds. We fell in love with a mattress here that had a small defect. After delivery the defect became worse (no fault of the delivery team) and we were unable to sleep on the mattress. Mike made it right. Full exchange to another great mattress and ate the delivery fee.
