This review is subject to change after I learn how our issue is going to be resolved. I want to say that our experience with the store itself (Rory our salesman and Vikki the manager) has been fine, the issue more with customer service policies and an obvious disconnect with what the stores are telling customers. We tried both an i8 and an iLE model in the store. My SO needs the firmest mattress he can get bc he’s a belly sleeper due to shoulder issues and snoring. We thoroughly enjoyed our educational introduction to all the new versions of SleepNumber Beds. It was amazing to see video images of our own bodies emerge as we tried out several variations of the Bed. 10/16 Updated: 100 day is not money back. The Adjustable base is non returnable. The i8 we got has been bothering back and causing problems. It took the pad topper and memory foam topper to get the bed where I could have the numbers high enough to support my back. Pillows and sheets are returnable but not the base. As a disabled veteran with back issues I needed support and the out the box bed didn’t cut it. WARNING!!! i8 not better than beauty rest. The base is not returnable after purchase! They never mentioned or said anything, they promoted the 100 day money back guarantee!! Pillows and sheets are returnable but not the base. As a disabled veteran that was shady and unethical. I won’t recommend this company to anyone.
