Mike is a stand up businessman. Wife and I had been looking for a bed for months and had a recommendation to try Fred's Beds. We fell in love with a mattress here that had a small defect. After delivery the defect became worse (no fault of the delivery team) and we were unable to sleep on the mattress. Mike made it right. Full exchange to another great mattress and ate the delivery fee. Caroline and I enjoyed our visit to the Cumming store. And the salesperson was very helpful in helping us with our choices. The salesperson was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in the products.we have purchased beds and bedding before but this was the most satisfactory experience. Would recommend to anyone.
