I ordered a mattress online that came with a foundation. It was delivered and the foundation wouldn't work with my bed but my bed did have a Sleep Number foundation already in it from my last bed with them. I just said I didn't want the foundation. The delivery person marked it as refused. I didn't even want a refund for whatever the foundation part of the bundle price was. Denise, the store manager, was super nice and friendly. There was no pressure at all to make a purchase. She explained how the beds work and let my wife and I take our time with each one we tried. When we had decided on the bed we wanted she explained everything clearly and easily. Our total experience was excellent! Also, the men who delivered the bed were on time, friendly and explained how to use the remote control. I had a good experience in this store. I went in knowing what I was looking for, but hadn't tried out the beds in person. The sales manager, Denise, was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. I appreciated all the information and the calm, relaxed shopping environment. I purchased a bed, hope I love it! I def recommend checking out the store though if you're shopping for a mattress.
Wonderful experience
I don’t like that you have to wait almost 2 weeks to get pillows that you may have chose in the store. It would be more to your approval to be able to pick out your pillows in Store and be able to take them home with you if you had to wait, then it should be no more than a few days not weeks so I’m not happy with that
