I don’t like that you have to wait almost 2 weeks to get pillows that you may have chose in the store. It would be more to your approval to be able to pick out your pillows in Store and be able to take them home with you if you had to wait, then it should be no more than a few days not weeks so I’m not happy with that

Denise was so very kind, informative, and knowledgeable. You can tell that she really loves her job and believes in the product. She was not the least bit pushy like a car salesman.
