Spencer’s greeting set the tone for a very pleasant shopping experience. His product knowledge was excellent and he went above and beyond his duties when he advised us that there were two accounts, one in my husband’s name and another in my name. He gave us the account numbers as well as the customer service phone number to get the two accounts merged. We have been Sleep Number customers since 2004 and this was the best service we’ve experienced.

Ed, was very knowledgeable, and gave us a ton of great info, and tips on the new technologies of the new beds! We bought our first sleep number bed in 2010. They have come along way since then! We are looking very forward to a better sleep experience now.

Ed was very helpful. He walked me through all the options, and had me experience the feel of each bed choice. He did not try to sell me a particular option, and wanted me to make the choice which was best for me.

We had such a wonderful experience with Ed Brenner, manager of the Sleep Number store at Crabtree Mall. Ed is a superb salesman—knowledgeable, patient, warm, and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what was right for us.
