It was a great experience with Ed! We love our bed!! This is our second sleep number.
This review is more about the sales process than the mattresses themselves. I went in over the last weekend and wasnt a fan of the way the sales person handled our interactions. So three starts for having a comfy bed... the rest wasnt so great. It started out fine, with him explaining to me the different models they had available. I want to thank Spencer and his Manager Ed for their tremendous help at Creedmore Mall today. This was the 5th select bed our family has bought over the last 30 years and we now all own our own king size bed. Next up will be Select Comfort beds for the grand children. For anyone thinking of checking them out, remember, you spend more time in bed sleeping than driving.
