We were helped by Sales Associate William. He was very helpful and super friendly and made the whole experience pretty great. He took the time to show us the differences between all of the models, helped us with the diagnostic test to figure out what would be our optimal firmness number for the mattresses and explained everything very well. He was also very customer service oriented and helped us figure out the best payment plan for us. Definitely recommend people to go see William if you are in the market for a new bed!
Spencer was professional, knowledgeable, and quite helpful, providing a pleasant shopping experience. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to assist me, even when I was not ready to purchase.
