Lady working tonight was no help, came here from Tempur-pedic to see my other options even though I liked what they had to offer. She didnt get off her chair or ask if we had any questions. She simply just didn’t want to help or be there. So I went back to Tempur-pedic and make my purchase.
I came in to get information on a new mattress, however, upon entering, there was only one sales associate and was helping another customer. Totally no problem there, however, upon picking up the remote only a few moments into my visit, I was asked to “please stop playing with the remote. I have them set a certain way.” As a 35 year old man, looking to buy an expensive product, being told off like a child really rubbed me the wrong way. That’s fine, I’ll take my business to Tempur-pedic.
Was great informative am a returning customer so pleased.
Drove an hour and the store was closed 30 minutes early.
