I waited in the Parking Lot of your Greenville NC store, , for over an hour, watching a sign in your sore window that said " Back in -5 minutes"! The front doors to were locked for over 1-hour on Friday 7/17/26! I needed a new 10-button remote control. Not a pleasent experience!
Store personnel were efficient and helpful as we considered purchasing a mattress. We look forward to mattress delivery! The mattresses arrived! We purchased two mattresses so that each of us could choose our own comfort level They meet our expectations: quite comfortable!

Don’t be misled buying one of their “air” mattress and thinking you have a lifetime warranty, in fact you have a one year warranty and when your air mattress does have an issue after the first year you will be excepted to pay 25% of the purchase price for a new bladder in my case. Never trust a salesman and bring your reading glasses if you want a $1,000 and up air mattress
