They are very knowledgeable about their product. Our salesperson, Darcy, wasn't pushy at all and allowed my wife and I to check out every level of bed. She allowed us to make our own decision without trying to push us to a more expensive bed.
Darcy was such a big help and very patient when my husband and I visited the store for a new bed! I definitely recommend dealing with her if your out looking!
