Misleading sales tactics by commission and omission, unresponsive management, long waits to get customer service, tried online chat but referred back to telephone call and beware the 100 night trial, misleading, still trying to resolve issues after bed delivered 02/05/2016. I would not recommend sleep number to anyone and just say buyer beware to those still interested.

I ache more since I got the bed than I did before. It feels like a bag of air. And it NEVER stays connected/online. Totally disappointed after $6,000. P.S. Worst pillows EVER. Don't waste your time or money. Neck aches and headaches every friggin day!
