I want to tell you how extremely happy we are that Josh and Robert helped us to pick the perfect sleep number bed. Josh literally went step by step through the store answering ALL the questions we had - there was NO high pressure sales at all and we never felt pressured into spending more than we wanted. This was wonderful as I HATE high pressure sales and salespeople. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a better nights sleep to go to the Gastonia NC store and see Josh and Robert.
My Husband, toddler and I had a fantastic experience at this store. My husband has a lot of back pain and Robert was fantastic at taking the time to address all of his concerns and get us squared away with the best option for our lifestyle and budget. He asked all the right questions and was super patient with the fact I was in a terrible mood from the toddler being up all night.
