they did not deliver my mattress on the delivery they provided me after already waiting almost a month. They just no call/ no showed me!! absolute worst customer service experience. I'm not sure if I'll ever get my purchase.
I’ve ordered 2 Sleep Number Beds in the past two years as College Graduation presents for our 2 Sons who reside out of state at this location! They delivered, and in this store, they guide you thru everything. Sales Person Jim, & Randy Mgr, were amazing, and patient. They were NOT pushy sales people! I loved that!!! Ordered our bed almost two weeks ago and promised delivery today. Somebody forgot to tell the warehouse. Getting the run around. Don't waste your money.
Great Customer Service and Quality Product Very comfortable atmosphere- no pressure from sales person, unlike other retailers. Set prices- no haggling, which I prefer. Large showroom with wide selection of fantastic products. High quality at competitive prices.Bed is WONDERFUL!
