This is one of the worst products.I have ever purchased I can't believe these beds are still being sold. The company would not make it right with me. In order to have a soft mattress, you end up sleeping on the plastic board that they give you. The bed is awful and it's only meant for people weighing a 100 pounds or less.
I was just about to purchase a mattress but ended up having a terrible experience with Kathryn. By far the pushiest sales rep I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been in sales before so I get the need to make a sale, but being desperate and trying to force the customer to buy something is not the way. I would recommend retraining her
