The Portage store was awful after dealing with Mel. He was awesome. Then came Carma, she was the absolute worst. Then went to the Grandville store and Meg was amazing.

We purchased our new sleep number bed in 2012. We just started having a problem with the right side air bladder and the foam pad cover. The company still honored the warranty and sent us all new air bags and foam covers at a fraction of the cost. We paid 60 percent and the company paid 30 percent! What a totally awesome company! Most comfortable bed we have ever had!
Great experience. Was fearfully of high pressure sales experience, so we hesitated to go in for many years. It was anything but that. Matthew simply showed us all the options and bed types, explaining the differences. In the end, he gave us the quotes for the two beds we were most interested in.
