We went just to check pricing and how it worked Meg was very informative and AWESOME! So needless to say our mattress will be delivered next week. Thank you Meg for being so great
Meg at grandville store helped us find the right adjustable frame, mattress, and settings… and within our budget. Pricing and deals matched SN website. We didn’t feel bait and switch or any surprise fees. We felt more comfortable dealing with a human and actually testing beds (instead of online). Meg did not pressure us and was very professional, knowledgeable and fun. She also followed up with us personally. None of the other stores we visited did that. We look forward to our new bed arriving!
