Right after I shopped and bought my mattress pillows and boxspring I left a five star review for these guys. That was about three months ago. Things have changed because when I called the store and talk to the manager at the Short Pump location right by the movie, theaters and talk to the salesman Nate, I told them that the pillows that they talked me into buying which were $100 each, we’re giving me extreme back and neck aches. My husband and I went in for a new mattress and our sales guy, Jared was absolutely amazing. He helped us pick out the perfect fit. And was so patient with all of our questions.
I can’t say enough good things about this store and the manager of the store. Jared gave me the time iand the space to make the right decision for myself and my husband and we are so happy with our bed.
excellent sales experience with Jared and subsequent delivery. I've had the bed a week now and am averaging 90+ on sleep number, with a high of 96. Satisfied? Oh, Yes
