The Demonstration of the Sleep Number bed was outstanding and made sure that we understood how the sleep number function. With great detail of the mattress and baseboard. I was sold on buying my first sleep number. The mgr Jaral did a great job in presenting his him and the sleep number with his knowledge of the product. “ Short pump store”
Jared was absolutely amazing! His professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge made our educational experience very enjoyable... and when he started pressing buttons during the "lay back and just try it" experience, WOW!!! Life Changing moment!!!!
Decided to come in on a random night to try out some new mattresses and Cheyann was amazing! Very personable, quite the designer, and is just so kind. She was so knowledgeable about the products and was even willing to look up information if she wasn’t sure. If you are in need of a new mattresses, this is your store and Cheyann is your girl!! Worst overall major I’ve ever purchased a product from. Bought 4 beds which cost me over $7,000. Nothing but problems. Should be zero stars. Company warranty provides you nothing. Bed deflated within 2 years and their warranty covers nothing. You pay basically full price for service/labor and 70% for parts even this early in the so-called warranty. We visited the Short pump store recently and we really appreciated the staffs knowledge and support. Sarah O. Was very helpful and gave us a great amount of information on the different types of beds as they were new to us. She was respectful and also took time to let us discuss and understand all the options. They also worked to help us find good prices to meet our needs.
