Told Christopher I hated the pillow he had given me to try and told him the pillow I wanted to order and he still ordered the wrong pillow that I made clear I didn’t like wanted California king bed in process when he reads the order back he stated king size luckily I caught it so he could fix that before I left and now in order to swap out my pillow I have to pay extra money out of pocket for his screw up highly dissatisfied the order says king size bed coming then another part says California king so in hopes the right size... read more
waited a month for delivery then after 3 uses it has hosed hanging down. Service comes out and tells me its supposed to be hanging down as it is only one sided for air. Wish the install jerk told me. Then I realized delivery guy never left anything about Warranty. I'm not really happy except that they gave me credit.
Hesitant to visit at first and was afraid of pushy salesman stuff. It was nothing like that. Sales reps were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and answered every question we had. I'm glad to have done it.
